A typical day at MoEd summer camp

During the week, our campers have three days of chugim (electives) with options and two days with afternoon arts and crafts and watching a movie. We go swimming three times a week. We integrate Hebrew and English throughout the day, with lots of Israeli songs and dances. We also go on full-day field trips once a week so the children can explore the local area.

Our experienced staff, who works all year round, teaching experiential Jewish and Hebrew, infused with fun-loving activities, leads the kids through the day full of arts, sports, outdoor activities, and tons of games.

Lunch & Snacks
We provide two snacks for our campers every day. Our snacks are healthy and varied and include fresh fruit and vegetables. We are sensitive to children with food sensitivities and we will do our best to accommodate.

Summer Camp 2023 Highlights

For my daughter, the highlights of camp last summer included hiking downhill through Rock Creek Park (a bus brought the campers back uphill) and a kayaking excursion.
