Camp starts on Monday, June 22, and ends on Friday, August 7, 2026.

Open to children entering grades K-8 (age 5+).
Registration is flexible! Register for one, two, three... up to seven weeks for half-or full-day camp.
Camp hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Registration Deposit - A $100 per week per child deposit is required at registration. This deposit will be applied toward the total tuition fees.
Multi-week discounts are available only when all weeks are reserved together. Any additional week added to the registration after February 1 will incur the regular one-week fee.

We believe attending MoEd Summer Camp is an investment in your child's future. We want to make sure every family can have the MoEd experience, so we offer financial assistance for those who need it.

Payment Methods

MoEd Summer Camp accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks and eCheck. eCheck is the preferred payment method. Credit card payments incur an additional processing fee.

Cancellation Policy

A $100 deposit per child, per week, is required at the time of registration. Deposits secure your child’s spot and are applied toward camp tuition.

Deposits are refundable in full for cancellations made on or before January 15, 2025.
A valid credit card must be on file for all registrations.
After May 15, the remaining tuition balance will be charged to the card on file. Families are financially responsible for the full tuition for all reserved weeks, regardless of attendance, unless cancelled according to the cancellation policy.

You may cancel your registration or make changes between January 16 and May 15 with the following terms:

Cancelling the Entire Reservation:
- A single $100 flat cancellation fee per family will be charged.
- All deposits beyond this $100 fee will be refunded in full (or credited toward future MoEd programming, if preferred).
Partial Cancellations (Cancelling Only Some Weeks):
- Deposits for cancelled weeks will be applied toward tuition for the remaining registered weeks.
- If deposits exceed the remaining tuition owed, the extra amount may be credited toward future MoEd programming.
After May 15, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
